Council of higher secondary education odisha Bhubaneswar has announced the common information to the students as well as parents who take admission into plus 2 1st year in the year 2021-2022 academic session. Students should read and follow up the information about admission before applying for the higher secondary school. These are the following common information to the students for taking admission plus two first years in higher secondary school by chse Odisha.

Common Information to the students who will take admission into plus 2 1st year in the year 2021-2022 academic session.

1. Admission into higher secondary school for the 2021-22 academic year will only be available online through the e-Admission Student Academic Management System (SAMS) portal in the 11th grade in high school. Admission is prohibited in offline mode.  

2. Admission in Arts, Commerce, Science, Vocational and Sanskrit (Upashastri) and Class XI (First Year). Applications will be made online at https://samsodisha.gov.in and in Oriya. Advertisements will soon be published in English daily newspapers.  

3. For all e-admission information, applicants are instructed to follow the Common Prospectus which will be available on the website https://samsodisha.gov.in.  

4. Students, parents and the general public are urged to read the Common Prospectus thoroughly before filling out and submitting the Online Common Application Form (CAF). In particular, last year's cut-off marks for high school and high school students at various high schools. They should look at the percentage of marks they keep when choosing school options.  

5. To apply online, you need to register with the SAMS portal with a mobile phone number. Only use your mobile number, as all admission information will only be sent to the actual mobile number.  

6. Always choose and apply to the high school of your choice. Do not allow others to apply on your behalf. Admission of the said secondary school from the SAMS website portal profile prior to appointment. Check about.  

7. Applicants claiming both conservation or weightage or both must submit a valid certificate at the time of admission.  

8. Admission will be rejected if the document is not submitted at the time of admission.  

9. The student as well parents advised that they don't give any CAF application form, HSC certificate to Any private agent who copies the original or photocopy of the mark sheet and related documents. Agents are advised not to file.  

10. Admission through any means other than SAMS is administered to the students concerned by the CHSE Odisha. He will not be allowed to attend the annual high school exams.  

11. If an applicant wishes to go to a high school of higher choice through the Slide up option after taking admission to the lower choice of the preferred high school, he or she should be registered online through the SAMS portal (https://samsodisha.gov.in). up Request "form. Must be submitted. This is done through the OTP sent to the registered mobile number of the applicant. There will be authentication.  

12. Applicants can avail the CAF payment through the Bill Desk Payment Gate which is UPI enabled payment mode.
